Welcome to 360 Supply Teachers C.I.C

We’re different from all the other supply teacher agencies out there because instead of being profit driven, we’re actually a recognised Community Interest Company.

This means that whilst we still place our fantastic teachers and support staff into schools just like any other supply agency, we also look to reinvest all profits into supporting education.

Money paid to Teacher / Support Staff

We run 360 Supply Teachers C.I.C as a not-for-profit business, splitting the money that comes into the agency directly between our teachers and support staff placed in schools along with our selected charitable beneficiaries.

QUALITY STAFF

All of our teachers are highly skilled and experienced.

We know each and every individual who’s a part of 360 Supply Teachers, which means that we know exactly which member of our staff is just the right person to be placed in a specific teaching opportunity.

SUPPORTING EDUCATION

Of course we want to be successful, but we don’t measure success as another shiny car or a bigger office.

We see success as being able to put money back into educational institutions that need it and being able to watch them grow and benefit from the help we’re able to provide.

GREAT VALUE

Whilst we offer schools the chance to support a community interest project whilst getting an extremely skilled member of staff, this doesn’t mean we’re looking to charge anything extra.

And likewise with our teachers, we ensure that our staff are paid fairly and appreciated for choosing to be placed with us.

Opportunities

Our Opportunities

For Teachers

For Schools

Fantastic Opportunities

We secure fantastic opportunities, building on personable relationships formed with schools and look to place our staff where their true strengths lie.

Great Pay

We want to be completely fair to our teachers, so we ensure that the pay our staff receive matches (and in some instances beats) the top end going rate of all other agencies in the area.

A Chance to Give Back

It’s a nice feeling knowing that as well as directly helping the pupils in the classroom that you’re placed in, you’re also helping many more thanks to your choice to sign up to 360 Supply Teachers.

High Quality Members of Staff

All our teachers and support staff have gone through a thorough application process and we only take on those who we believe can truly be an asset to your school.

A Personable Approach

Being a reasonably small and intimate company, we know all of our staff’s strengths, which enables us to ensure that we put exactly the right individual into your school.

Supporting Wider Education

The money that you pay for a high quality member of staff also goes towards supporting wider educational activities provided by our selected beneficiaries. We’re entirely not-for-profit.

Information for Teachers and Support Staff

The most important people involved in 360 Supply Teachers C.I.C are you, the teachers and support staff that we place into classrooms.

The whole concept of 360 may be a great idea, but only works if schools want to keep using our teachers and supply staff, which only works when our staff are delivering the highest level of service possible.

If you believe that you are suitable to join our team and help 360 Supply Teachers C.I.C make a difference, please see below to find out the stages involved in joining.

1. Application

Please download this application form, fill it in and send it back to us. We know it’s quite an intimidating form, but it shouldn’t take you more than about 15 minutes to complete!

2. References

We’ll be asking for 2 references for our own peace of mind and to check you’re the right kind of person to join our team.

(We’re sure you will be!)

3. Meet in Person

We don’t want to call it an ‘interview’ as such, more of a chat to meet and answer any questions you may have about 360 Supply Teachers C.I.C. We might even buy you a coffee…

4. DBS Check

Following the chat, we’ll hopefully let you know you’re now part of 360 Supply Teachers and then all that’s left is the process of a DBS check. We’re sure you know all about these, but we’ll help you through the process regardless.

What kind of supply placements do you offer?

Both primary and secondary teaching and supply staff positions.

Where are the schools based?

At this stage, we work with schools in and around Cardiff and South Wales.

How much will I be paid?

It all depends on the type of placement, however we can pretty much guarantee you will be paid the same, if not more, than other agencies in South Wales!

When do I get paid?

We pay all our staff at the end of each month via a bank transfer.

Can I work for another agency?

Yes. At our current capacity we’re only looking to secure long term and future known absences within schools, so feel free to keep working with other agencies and we’ll contact you as and when opportunities arise.

What if I'm offered a full-time job?

Fantastic! We won’t ask for any ‘finders fees’ like other agencies may – all we ask if that you tell others about us and leave us with a positive testimonial.

Where is the application form?

It’s in the box above, but don’t worry because you can also download it by clicking here!

The Client

Working with Schools

We look to work with as many and diverse educational institutions as possible, offering the right fitting individual to provide cover for any upcoming staff absence.

We go through a thorough process in recruiting our staff to ensure that the school is offered an individual who will flourish in the vacant staffing position.

This allows us to offer schools high quality and experienced staff at a competitive rate, whilst also offering the added incentive of knowing that there are no profits going directly to the agency, instead they are helping to fund other charitable educational beneficiaries.

Information for Schools

Here you’ll hopefully find the answers to key questions you may have about our services.

If you have any other questions or queries that weren’t answered here, please send us a message using the contact form and we’ll respond with an answer ASAP.

What kind of supply placements do you offer?

Both primary and secondary teaching and supply staff positions.

Do you offer short-term supply?

Unfortunately at the moment we don’t. We’re only looking for long-term and future known absences for our supply teachers, however the intention in the future is to expand our provision and develop a day-to-day provision offer.

How much will supply teachers or support staff cost?

Please get in contact with us directly to enquire about the exact specific costs that match your needs.

We are roughly priced at £125 for a supply teacher.

How much money goes to charity?

20% of all the fees (once tax has been factored in) is then kept aside to be paid to our selected charitable beneficiaries. You can find out more about those by scrolling down the page a bit more!

Are there any other hidden costs?

Absolutely not. Even in instances where other agencies may charge, such as full-time recruitment offers to supply teachers, all we’ll ask for is a positive testimonial.

C.I.C?

What exactly is a C.I.C?

Being a Community Interest Company

A community interest company (C.I.C) is a business with primarily social objectives whose surpluses are principally reinvested for that purpose in the business or in the community, rather than being driven by the need to maximise profit.

This means we legally have to carry out activities which fulfil a community purpose.

360 Supply Teachers C.I.C have a “lock” on all assets. This prevents profits from being distributed to its members and means that all assets must be used for the community purpose or, if they are sold, open market value must be obtained for them and the proceeds used for the community purpose.

Hopefully this clarifies what exactly a C.I.C is but feel free to contact us with any further questions about how we operate.
